application process

The University of Arizona pediatric residency program has 13 PL-1 positions (NRMP Pediatrics C 101528). The department accepts applications via ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) ONLY.

USMLE scores should be released to ERAS.

The deadline to receive the ERAS application files for the 2009-2010 season is November 1, 2008.

The following application documents are required:

1. Dean's letter
2. Medical school transcript
3. Curriculum vitae
4. Personal statement
5. USMLE scores
6. Three (3) letters of recommendation from physician faculty members with whom you have worked.

A personal interview, by invitation of our Housestaff Selection Committee, is required and must take place prior to January 31, 2009.
