Pediatric Administration exists to support the department's clinical, teaching, and research activities. Our primary goals are to hire and develop top quality, dedicated staff and to establish sustainable systems for these staff to work within--so that ultimately we promote excellence in the pediatric clinical, teaching and research environment. The management team develops, implements, refines and monitors the robustness of operational procedures.
